I've had very bad luck with Lite-On devices, and I'm pretty strongly against them. But spec wise, it's not bad.

I love my lite-on drive it does get a bit loud at times(like when burning cds)but it's been very reliable

I recommended this. It is better I must say. Also, it does have Lighscribe and I don't think yours does.
