Good Laptop for price, or is there a better deal?

I plan on getting this laptop very soon:

going to use it for college work, moderate gaming, and programming.

With $700 as my absolute highest limit, is there anything that can match this thing in terms of power, or at least come close to it for what i need, that is cheaper?

What do you mean by MODERATE Gaming?

I think its a good deal. Core i5, and 4GB RAM, And also a 500GB HDD.

Do you have a laptop already? if you do, and its not that old, You could always "upgrade" it, by adding more RAM.
