Hi, I am looking to buy a new laptop for a friend, and would like some suggestions. As the title suggests, the budget is around $450-$600 , but no more than $600!

The laptop will mainly be used for video editing, and programs like Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and others of that type.

We live in Denmark, not sure if that's a factor, but from what I understand there are some manufacturing differences from continent to continent.

Please leave any suggestion you might have, as soon as possible, and let me know if there are any more specification I need to clarify. Thank you!

EDIT: I've been thinking about this one: Lenovo G50-70 . It's exactly within my budget and it looks pretty good from the reviews I've been reading. What do you guys think? Is there any other option better than this? Thanks!

Not sure if it makes any difference that you're not in the USA. Around here, your configuration can be had for $400+. For $550 you would get i7 processor, 8 gb RAM and 1 TB HD. Add about $70, you can have SSD/HDD combo. The ram is a bit too low for my taste, but you can upgrade it by swapping the memory sticks.

For under $700, you get something pretty top. Your link is the $400 type around here.
