Good mobo?

I like this motherboard a lot. It has all of the festures I need(SLI, 3 PCI's, Nvidia nb and sb, and a lot of others). But do you think it is worth the price? It dosen't seem that much different from the model below it, except for the cooling. Also, I have a Zalman c9500 CPU cooler. Do you think that will fit in there and still allow addequite air flow through my case?

I was looking into the 650i series, and they offer alot of features such as SLI, some of the latest technology, etc. But if you plan to overclock, I would look at the 680i if you want SLI, or the Gigabyte 965 series if you dont plan to.

For me, I went with the brand new P35 series since it supports CrossFire, and should be a decent overclocker.
