im thinking of buying a pc off one of my friends and would like your opinions

1gb memory
40 gb hd
256 geforce graphics
tft monitor

hes asking for 300 pounds for it is it worth it or should i go elsewhere
as i need pc to play a few games and also internet use.

Don't buy that. Alot of old technology there. I don't know what 300 pounds equates into US dollars...but I still wouldn't buy it.

It's about $599.191 USD and 706.506 AUD, it's not worth it. Goto a computer shop and you'll probably get a better deal.
