Operating system - Windows 8 - Not sure on the cost yet but that will

Is this a good build for the price ?
Also is this a good build to be lightly overclocking it ?

All looks great. Few things though, don't get that 2TB drive - I have it, it's slow, go for a 7200 RPM disk. This is a good one http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/harddrives-internal/sataover1tb/st2000dm001.html

For less money I believe this is a better board http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/motherboards/intel1155z77chipset/ga-z77x-ud3h.html Novatech is a great store by the way, it's where I buy all my stuff from.
