Budget?

The usual answer is 'building it yourself would be more cost effective'. Seems okay for a rig though (even though you left out a digit on the CPU :P )

Seems like it will be a sweet build, but I cannot stress building it yourself enough. Its fun and gives you a sense of accomplishment. As that is probably like 2000 bucks, building it will be quite a bit less. Also, maybe swap the cooler for something different

only bad thing is i dont onow how i am going to get the case w nothing in it i dont know if u can buy it by itself if someone finds it please post the link thank you

Such a small case will only give you problems with the cooling / airflow ability and fitting long video cards very likely.

Get a nice mid or full tower case with at least 120mm fans instead.
Antec, Corsair, CoolerMaster and Fractal Design have good such cases.

Tip. Get the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO ( air cooler ) instead of the Asetek liquid system. The CM. H. 212 E, will cool good enough for some overclocking of that processor too and save you a bundle.

yeah i have decided to get abtter tower, i wanted a small pne to fit next to my xbox hut looks like i am just going to have to suck it up n put it somewhere else

That's the problem with all small form factor cases. Also add the problem that some of the larger videocards might not fit the case. splashykoifish? Get a midtower or a fulltower case with at least 120 mm fans instead.

Looking good and yeah for that quality of build you want something that has a good amount of room and can support the Gpu and watercool unit. Corsair do good cases like a corsair 450D. Or bitfenix, nzxt etc. the 200r is not a bad case but it may be a little small for your build.

Also if you can get a non reference gtx 980, like Msi twin frozr, evga, gigabyte etc. much better looking and better cooling/ overclock potential.

That case is very nice, but if you can afford it, step up to the h440, i love the look of it. Or the Fractal Design Define r4.

One thing you should know, is that that case doesnt have a lot of space for liquid cooling and no space at all for optical drives.

Case looks nice, but its very expensive. I can't seem to find an overview of the case, but I suggest you go for something a bit cheaper, by NZXT, corsair, or cooler master
