hi i have a compaq presario S6020WM with 256 ram, 2.60GHz, and currently i have a ATI Radeon 9200series PCI video card(128Mb) im going to be upgrading my ram either to 768 or 1 Gig, but im wondering if i should also buy a new video card? my pc only takes PCI so i as wondering of a cheap PCI card thats better than my current one for less than 100$? im a casual gamer, and i play games like Call of Duty 1, Knight online, Counter Strike, but id like to play Americas Army again too and maybe some other games, so a video card good for gaming would be nice. Thank you

There are better cards out there, but the price/performance ratio for PCI cards is pretty bad now... I wouldn't suggest putting too much money into it.

Don't even think about getting a PCI card for gaming, it's just not worth it, your upgrade path is severely restricted as well as your performance. If you want to play games on a budget, I suggest you get a cheap AGP or even PCI-E board off eBay or something and then get the best AGP or PCI-E graphics card you can afford.
