Good ping program.

My host is watching me and has lowered my upload speed.
I would like to try and cause problems with a ping,any ideas for a program to do this?

Sounds to me like you are trying to sabatoge something, but your post is so unclear who knows what you are really trying to do.

And why, pray tell, do you feel the need to cause someone problems? Your host would one-up you by totally shutting down any external access if you cause trouble for it. Maybe you should be asking why your host lowered your upload speed.
