good psu?

do u think that this would be a good psu for a pc running a Celeron D 340, 512mb memory, (1) 100gb hd, pci video card, 2 optic drives, thermo dislplay, and 3 fans.

That should be more than plenty, for that system the stock PSU should be enough.

i am looking for a psu for a friend, he wanted more 4-pin molex connectors than the stock 4 that came with the stock psu, and i thought that that psu would be good enough, Kingwin also makes a 350w of the same kind, might get that too...
