good psu?

i need some professional opinions on this power supply. i want to know how stable it will be with a core 2 duo, 7900gtx, and 2 sticks of 1gb g.skill memory at 2.1V

i'll also be running 3 hard drives.. one dvd burner, a bunch of fans..
will it be enough wattage or will i need more?
i will be overclocking...
