good PSU?

That's the best one seen in that price range at newegg. For a better make and model you will have to spend a little more. What is the highest price you can spend? That can point you towards higher quality models.

Now you are headed in the wrong direction as you will see your first choice was the "BEST" seen at newegg for that price range. Take a look at the "good" and "bad" lists of makes and models below to see what is most often recommended compared to those that see the most complaints.

Good:
Antec(except Smart Power models) - Astec - AOpen - Channel Well - Coolermaster - Enermax(except Liberty models)
- Enlight - Fortron Source (Sparkle) - HEC - OCZ Technology - PC Power & Cooling - PowerMan
- Seasonic - SilverStone - Sunbeam - Tagan(older models) - TTGI/SuperFlower - Vantec - Zippy / Emacs - Verax - XCLIO - Zalman
- Corsair

Bad:
Allied - Antec Smart Power models seem to lack(recommend True Power or NeoHE) - Aspire - CoolMax - DEER - Enermax Liberty models - ePower - EYE-T
- KingStar - L&C - Linkworld - Logisys - PowerMagic - PowerUp - Powmax - Q-Tec - Raidmax - Skyhawk - Star
- Turbolink - Ultra - ThermalTake(complaints heard some good some ???) - Rosewill - SilenX ??? ToPower(newer mode

As everyone's said, the XClio is great for the money. It's also quite adequate for your system. I'd stick with it.
