Good quality?

Hey, i'm looking to buy a PCI-E SATA 3 Expansion card in hopes one day I can get a Sata 3 SSD.

My motherboard is limited to sata 2, so I wanted to get an expansion card.

I am not familiar with that brand. Can you find SYBA or High point?

Can you buy from Amazon?

Amazon doesn't ship to Australia I'm pretty sure so I can only stick to Aussie sites.
