Good?

I dont know what that is in USD or how it compares to other parts where you live, so i cant say if its a good deal or not.

You wont be able to use a core 2 duo because that motherboard uses the 865 chipset, and the Core 2 Duo requires a 965 or 975 from Intel.

It also has an AGP slot, is that what you need?

Well I would like to get a new pc but i cannot afford to go out and buy everything at the same time like Ram,Gfx card so i can only get parts at a time unfortunately.:(

Would it be wise to buy that mobo and CPU combo to replace what i currently have?
And use my current Gfx card, ram & hdd?

Can this be done?
It’s an Hp machine but half of it isn’t stock anymore because ive replaced the ram, Psu and Gfx card.

I dunno if i should just save up or upgrade my current setup....Damn wish i was a millionaire

If you play alot of games, you really wont notice a difference. To be honest, I saw an improvement in games going from a P4 3.0 to a Sempron 2800+.

Realy?:P

my comp at the moment does me fine to say how old its getting and yes i do play alot of games but my 9600 plays them all fine with great graphics.

But i definatly wonna get a new comp when that new game called Crysis comes out so il be needing a DX10 Gfx card and probably 2.5 Gb of ram to settle it nicely.

well simply put... i wouldn't get it just because you say you are going to build a new comp sooner or later... most likely they won't make any DX10 cards with an AGP interface so you'll have to upgrade motherboards again... depending on how long you want to wait, i think that would be a waste of money... i would just wait, save up some cash, and buy it all in one installment later on...
