Google Earth Pro problem!

Each time i start up Google Earth and try to login, i get the following message:

I had a look on the "earth.google.com" website but was unsuccessful at finding a way to resolve this problem.
Any Ideas?

Are you using a legal version of google earth?

I ask because one of my mates had the same problem about a month ago, came down to the fact he was using a illegal crack. I advised him to removed it and put on proper version, then it all worked fine.
