google/micrsoft office outlook

question: on my husbands computer when he opens up his Microsoft Office Outlook the very first window pops up is:

The add-in "C:\Program Files\Google Desktop Search\Google DesktopO..." could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect & Repair on the Help menu.

then the work OK is there and we press ok and it open up to his outlook just fine

but i took it to best buy computer geeks and they said to look on google for this: ACTZONIS - BACKUP UTILITY google desktop removal tool.

so i went to look and can not find it.

is this what ever it is and where ever it is going to help? and what is it going to do?

also my husband thinks that the way thinks are now not having it fixed is slowing down his ablity to send file quickly is this true????

why not simply uninstall that googleDesktop search thingy ?
or if you have it's original installation you can run it again and click repair.

and it's ACRONIS - BACKUP UTILITY, those geeks, Acronis has nothing to do with desktop search
