Google takes 20 seconds to boot up. I get an error message "Internet E. restricted this webpage and can't run ActiveX "

Switch to a real web browser. IE11 has been and always will be a PoS.

How would I change to Edge. Many website tell me to change to Edge.

I would try using firefox or chrome before Edge.
