got a problem with freezing

hi all well ive had this comuter for a year or 2 now and ever since i got it ive had this problem and have been trying to narrow it down and really frustrating ok well heres the current system
amd athlon xp 2200+ 1.8 gig socket a
2 sticks of pc133 generic ram
sblive 24 bit sound card
ati radeon 9200 128 agp vid card
120 gig maxtor diamond hd and a 20 gig western digital
running windows 2000 latest sp

ok so what ive noticed so far is that it seems to happen most when im running videos or gaming so in the past ive had a few difrent vid cards and all the same result ive tryed breaking it down to basics just hd and onboard vid/sound and still the same result i dont have it oced anywhere at all and my cpu is running between 37- 45c so i think thats in the norm only thing i cant test so far is the board i wish i could swap it out but i dont have another one but this problem has perplexed me for years now any help is greatly appreciated

is that ram the right one for your comp? what kind of psu do you have?

could it be a overheating? or virus issue?

not overheating the entire system is running at about 45 or under i have a 250 watt psu and its not virus ive run hundreds of scans and nothing everytime

200? that could be your problem right there. you should get a higher wattage psu. if you have one or you can borrow one, do so and see if the problems go away
