Got a problem with my graphics card

Got a problem with my graphics card, tried it in both PCI slots and the screen appears but only on half the screen and not all colours show on the windows startup screen.

dont know what happened but it was working fine before an hour or so ago, just randomly switched off TWICE.

What do i have to do to get a replacement if thats the problem, i bought it from Ebuyer.
 
Problem solved, spent an hour or so trying to fix it and it was my hdmi switcher.

Only got a hdmi switcher cause my TV only has 1 hdmi slot now i really need to think about getting a separate monitor for my PC any suggestions ?
 
How much money do you want to spend on the laptop? It seems that the sweet spot for monitors are in the 22/23" range with resolutions of 1080p.
