Got MacOSX Leopard .DMG file. I need to burn it.

I got MacOSx leopard .dmg file and I need to burn it so that I can install macosx but its 6.6gb and I don't have dual layer dvds... so I kinda need to split it into 2dvds and make it work on my macbook
 
Actually. It was on a dual layer DVD. My friend had it but his would not work in my PC for some reason so he had to make that file type and send it over. But its his macbook and yeah. I gotta fix it. He forgot his password as soon as he installed it.. LOL :)
 
AFAIK you can't split iso/bin data file to more than one disk with out restructuring the installer.
 
maybe you should address/ ask us about the under lying problem that made you want to burn a DVD.
 
there are very few programs on windows thats burns DMG (or you need to convert from DMG to ISO or BIN), dmg is for mac use a real Mac and burn the ISO if you have problems but then again we ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCUSS SUCH HERE, downloading leopard or the like is illegal.

You need to go legally purchase your software, this forum does not support piracy. You have obviously made a disk image of the Leopard OS installer DVD. If I were a mod I'd lock this thread.
