Hey Guys,

Just opened up an mx510 for christmas, installed the drivers and all, but unfortunately the mouse sensitivity runs slow. REALLY SLOW. i've changed the settings in the mouse properties to fast, but that doesn't seem to change the speed at all. Im curious to what you all think is wrong.
Before installing the drivers it seemed to of ran fine. Then when i installed them, the mouse would always move to the top left corner of my laptop screen.

I have no idea whats wrong. I've had past problems with my mx500 too. (When exiting STEAM for counter-strike, then re-entering, my mouse sensitivity changed although it said it stayed the same. Also when clicking on the program ventrilo, my mouse sensitivity would spike up :-/)

I really appreciate all the help you guys are able to bring. Merry Christmas!!!

I too am i cs player and know that the mouse feel is very important.

Heres a few tips from a cal im person. Less sensitivity is better!!! Easier to aim. espically when the enemy is strafing. Try to turn mouse acellerator on. Its prob off. But id leave it off then u can play with the mouse senstivity in the game. Keep the sensitivity less then 3.0 You prob already know this... But you never know.
;)

And in vent do you run any custom configues? or binded button to talk?

Hey Thanks for the reply! My bind button is actually the "Page Up" button, because of my funky controls (The arrow keys :-/). Thats awesome that your Cal-im, i'm still trying to find a deticated cs clan to join currently. My sensitivity is at 2.8, and im planning on going lower as soon as a get a very large mouse pad. Maybe we can cs sometime?? Hit me up with your AIM name :-D
