Got my Aftermarket heat sink today ... Overclocking ?

now that i can overclock my Q6600 2.4 i was wonder what i need to do.. i know the basics but how do i determine the voltage i need to set my cpu at for iot to be safe and also.. also i noticed when i over u overclock the ram also speeds up? how do i fix that?

You only up the voltage when your overclock becomes unstable. Increase the FSB slowly until your system becomes unstable, then bump the vcore up by one notch. And you don't really do much with ram speeding up, unless you want to start messing with dividers.
