Hello CF. well, i finally got my new PC up and running as of yesterday.

Final specs are
ASRock 880GXH/USB3 Mobo
AMD Athlon X3 (Unlocked to Phenom X4 with L3 Cache :D )
8GB G.Skill DDR3 1333
Antec NeoPower 650w PSU
Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Case
3 IDE 80gb HDDs
Sony IDE CD/DVD-ROM (need to upgrade)
PCI RAID Card

I have my 3 HDDs on the RAID card since theres only one IDE on the Mobo but only two of them are recognizing. i might know the anwer to that one so I'll let you know.

Also, my memory is running single channel at 420mhz... i have no idea whats going on there. anyone have any suggestions? BIOS flash maybe?

Also, my last system was not 64bit capable so im gonna need to reinstall windows 7 64 to use all my RAM. i remember being able to reinstall XP while still saving all your programs and such but can you do that on 7? i would want to keep all my FL Studio files and other games and stuff. so is there anything i should backup first?

Thanks to anyone who can help :)

What you can optionally do, is to compress everything, then get a site where you can save your data for 2 or three dollars. Send all your data there for the time being, (keep important stuff local on a usb). Then drag back everything back over the WAN. This will take long but at least it is cheap!
