PSU:

RAM:

CPU:

The only problem is that I don't have enough money to afford the GPU that I want. Are there any that offer similar performance for a cheaper price? Thank you.

Wow, that's a decent graphics card, and better on my wallet too :), but would it be live up to the 670's expectations and be compatible with my stuff?

Wow, thank you so much! How long do you think that it will last me before it goes outdated? I'm building this computer solely for gaming purposes.

The general trend is that video cards get outdated in about 3 years, the cpus last a little bit longer maybe up to 6 years, you're probably going to have to do a $50 dollar upgrade somewhere in the near future (no one knows what might change so it's hard to tell what it's going to be) but overall that rig should be good for about 3 years then you'll have to get a different video card and in about 4-5 years a different cpu. Then after 6 years I would say it's going to be completely dead and it will be considered a "classic" :D.

Well the top 2 cards of the GTX700 series just showed up (although one was a trimmed down card from a couple months ago and the other was a modded GTX680), so you might want to wait another month or 2 and I'd expect the 760or something to come out. At release the prices do tend to be higher though, a few months later or when AMD's 8000 series come out, prices will drop a good bit, but so far they are priced appropriately. The 770 which beats the 680 is priced almost the same I believe, around 450, so if AMD releases something soon, it might drop down to 400 or less within a few months.

Really you sort'a picked a bad time to buy, your card will either be last gen within the next couple months, or you'll end up waiting a month for the new stuff, or you'll wait 4 months and save a good bit.

Personally, I think I'd grab a 2gb 7850 or 650ti boost to hold me over and save up a couple extra bucks, then sell it in 4-5 months and get a high end card like the GTX780

That depends on the user. It is a solid card that will last a while provided that you are not the user that need every game maxed. If you are ok with playing some titles down a bit it should last you a while.
