GPU for $150

I have $150 to spend on an upgrade for my computer. I currently have a GTX 460, so I'm looking for something that would be a bit of an upgrade

I would wait for the next generation of GPUs. Expect new nVidia GPUs by next May, and AMD by January. If you need one now, a HD 7870 will cut it. A 7950 is a great GPU if you want to go used. Also what are the rest of your specs?
