GPU Help

Hello I am looking into getting a GPU upgrade for my computer because I only have integrated graphics on my computer.
I currently only have 250 watts of power so I also know that ill need to upgrade my PSU.
Below I will list my computer specs and pictures of my hardware, because I have looked up GPU's but have no idea which one to get.
When I look them up I see many different shapes and sizes and I have no idea which ones if any will fit inside.

how much do you want to spend would be the first answer, could go with 100 bucks to 200 and get a decent psu + gpu, the cpu is quite ok for everything
