GPU i acting weird

i have a 7900 gs. and when i play BF2 2 seconds into playing the screen freezes and little colorful dots apper. help plz.
 
Sounds like your typical artifacts. If you overclocked, try going back to stock speeds. Also check on your temps, be sure nothing's getting too hot. No harm in reloading your drivers and directx, too.
 
ok i reinstalled the drivers. havent tried anything yet. how could i check if it is OC?

EDIT:i tried play HL2 id dint work. is it just a bad GPU?
