Gpu:Temprature sensor

Does anyone know if my card has a Temprature sensor on it?

Ive looked in Everest but it doesnt display the temp

Is there something not plugged in or is it just that my card doesnt have one?

Yes it displays nothing about my temps,

It also notes that the Radeon 9000/9200/9550/9600

Are locked against overclocking too

Download SpeedFan if you haven't already..

try everest its tell me every thing include the latest driver/bio's update for my mb and v card.

Well if all those programs don't display it then it probably doesn't have a temp sensor, just like my old fx5500.

Nope,

None of the above displayed my temps

Is it ok to have the graphics card just using the stock heatsink & fan on the card say if the computers basicly been used all day?

I reguarly clean the fans in my system anyway.

Should i remove one of those metal covers which cover the redundant Pci slot next to my graphics card so a little more air gets in?

Or will just dust get in there?

I just like to keep things cool thats all
