GPU Volt Mod

My friend showed me a guy who makes his own volt mod chip that attaches onto the graphics card, and does the same exact thing as if you were to volt mod the card with solder and wires.

I bought two, one fits on my older card, and he has to make a special kind for my second card, due to the circuit board layout, but I have a picture of it.

I'll post a picture of the second one, it should be here later this week.

I'll also post screens of overclocking the cards.

I have the Accelero S1's on them.

I'm going to remove the fans that are made for them, since they don't always clip well, but since they drop my temps by 10C, I'm just going to add an 80MM fan on both cards.

Yeah, I can't wait either, should be great.

I would water cool my GPUs, but I spent like $90 for both coolers, and they're doing great right now.

My friend who received the volt mod chips before me, accidentally gave me the chip for the GTX, but he has the one for the GT.

Also, there is a delay on the second chip, the guy got a different version of mine, it's almost identical, but the PCB is a little different, so.

saw these on ebay, i was interested in it, but that just seems like cheating in terms of modding, i doubt you would get the same ability to control the voltages on these

lol i just volt modded my gpu with a pencil (yes, a #2 pencil). graphite conducts electricity :P

hits over 800mhz, probably 820 without crashing. but i leave it at 750 to be perfectly safe.

same with the memory, pencil modded.

Yeah, I did that on my 750i, works like a charm.
