GPU Whining noise

Most games that I start have this high pitch sound in the menus - Same noise as in this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HxFBHdtvGI

It also makes the noise when testing it with the Windows Experience Index, But when gaming the noise disappears after leaving the menu.

I'm not sure if this is normal or is it a bad card ? It appears to be running fine though.

Card is MSI GTX 670 Power Edition Overclock. I haven't been overclocking it at all, I've left everything as it came
 
That's normal, fans make noises. The one on the video doesn't make really much noise.
Especially it's the videocard that makes your system loud (except you have the stock cooler on your cpu). I hate it too, but you'll have always that noise while gaming with an high-end video card.
Just set your music a bit louder and you will not even notice the sound coming from the gpu.
