Graphic Card has Stopped Working!!!! T_T

Hello,
I have problem with my Radeon HD 5870 Graphic Card, sometimes when i watch youtube or livestreams my screen goes black and i got this message after the screen goes back on.

I was trying to install new drivers and it didnt work please help me.
 
I can't help even though I can now see the pic! There's quite a long thread here from back in 2008. Probably outdated. The only positive comment seemed to be that if you are running Vista, run XP instead.
 
Uninstall your current driver, then run CCleaner to clean up the old files. Then install the driver from two months ago. The newest drivers are buggy.
