Hi.. I have a HP Pavilion zv6000 (laptop) and I have recently formatted it. When I tried to install the drivers for it, the driver for the graphic card would not install. I tried to change the laptops primary screen to a secondary, but that wouldn't work either. I rebooted the laptop but when I got into it, I could only see the windows background picture in a smaller format. I could not access anything on the laptop. I tried to logging in to windows by pressing F12 right after it booted (don't know what that mode is called in english but I think it's called "Boot device options") but that didn't work either. I would be the happiest girl in the world if I could get any advice to what I am supposed to do to fix this problem. Any advise is appreciated! I have some knowledge about computers, but I have never encountered anything like this before and I fear that it might be problems with the graphic card. Since it's a laptop I don't know how to fix that if that is the problem.
