Graphic Card Settings to maximize FPS

Ok, I have very low FPS when I play the game Wolfenstein Enemy Territory (It's something like CS). And I think that I can improve it by choosing the correct settings in my OpenGL settings in my pretty bad Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family card. The settings are as followed, and the options for each subject comes after the settings. Hope you get me:

PS. I have to transelate from my own language, so I might not have it all right, but hopefully enough.

Async switching - On/Off?

Tripple Buffering - On/Off/Standard?

Switchingpolicy - Switching/Blit? (Insecure about how to transelate this)

Bitdepth for depthbuffering - Standard/Buffering with 16 bits depth/Buffering with 24 bits depth?

Force Forth S3TC-Texturezipping - On/Off?

Force Forth FX1T-Texturezipping - On/Off?

Spacedemand for drivermemory - Normal/High/Low?

Colourdepth in texture - Colourdepth at deskboard/16 bits per Texel/32 bits per Texel?

Anisotopical filtering On/Off/Programcontroll?

Now, it might be abit hard to understand because of bad transelation. If you understand me, but it's still written wrong, pls correct so someone else will understand it too.

I really hope some of you can help me, cause I hate this issue.. :-/ It makes me sad...

TY for any help =)

Wolfenstein:ET isn't the best of optimized Opengl games. If you've tried lowering the in-game settings as far as they go, and lowering game resolution, and you still get low FPS, I doubt there's much you can do, even config/ini tweaks may not be enough to get this running satisfactorily.

Async - not sure, try enabling and watch for frame drops/increases.

switching policy - not sure again, try the blitting method and regular.

Triple buffering - this should only be enabled when vertical synchronization is enabled, and you are experiences frame drops. (vertical sync should only be enabled if you are experiencing "screen tearing", and don't want to see it, willing to lose a couple frames to get rid of it.)

Bitdepth for depthbuffering - keep standard.

Force Forth S3TC-Texturezipping - forcing this texture compression level may help improve frames. On.

Force Forth FX1T-Texturezipping - not sure if this would help.

Spacedemand for drivermemory - I take it this must be memory related. try setting to high and monitor frames for any increases. turn off if anything weird happens.

Colourdepth in texture - 16bits per pixel will lower performance, at the cost of texture quality. Enble this if not already.

Anisotopical filtering - Off

Thank you so much! I will try everything you've just said, but I think that a new computer is the best options.

Anway, thank you for your help! =)
