graphic cards?

What specs am I looking for when picking one out, Ill see two 512MB but at different prices and I don't understand what the other specs mean. Thanks.

In reality the size of the memory plays little role when trying to determine what card is better. They have cheap 8400's with 512MB of VRAM, and then they have the 8800GT with 256MB (the 8800GT is by far better).
