Graphic controls in Windows 8.1

Hi all;

I have a AMD Radeon 7850 graphics card in my computer. I updated to Windows 8.1 and now I can't get to half of my setup in my Catalyst Control Center. Do you think I might have to unload and reinstall it all over it again.
:mad:

I noticed the other day when I went to AMD's site to download some new drivers fro my 5870 that they have added Windows 8.1 as a separate entry to the operating systems list, so go to their site and download a driver for 8.1.

I haven't actually updated to 8.1 yet on my main PC (will probably do it tomorrow or Sunday), so I can't say for sure if this is the case, but if it is I will let you know.

Yeah, I noticed that to. It seems Windows 8.1 is a bigger change to Windows then a service pack, because I know the different service packs didn't have different entries.

I'm just downloading a Windows 8.1 driver for my 5870. When I upgrade to 8.1 in a bit I'll say if I needed it or not.

OK, so I finally upgraded to 8.1 on my main PC. Once the update had completed, I had problems with opening up the Catalyst Control Centre (it wouldn't open at all), but it was fixed by going into Device Manager and searching and downloading new drivers from there.
