this isn't a thread to debate the 2, but rather the best laptop or laptop brand for either career. budget is about 1200. i'm looking at asus right now but maybe i'll get some better suggestions from you guys.
 
they do, but i'd really like to see about getting a pc. if anyone has any exprience with a particular mac model they liked, itd be great to know, but i also want to look at non mac options.
