hay could any of u guys suggest some good graphic making programs and some tutorial links so i could learn how to make graphics/pictures ty =D

Blender, and GIMP has a plugin called Gimpshop or something like that which gives it the same kind of UI like they have in Photoshop.

Actually, GimpShop is not a plugin, it's a standalone application. It's a complete hack of the Gimp with Phoshop menus and button names.
It's pretty nice and stable, I use both the Gimp and GimpShop

Adobe Imageready (animation)

the gimp or photoshop (photoshop is the best but not free)
