I've heard that graphics are better or more effeciently used on Professional. Is this just false information?? Does it really matter which one I get in terms of game playing??

My Pro looks way better than that on that screen. But I think it was prob. because he was using a laptop, and I have a CRT screen. But I def. did notice a difference.

yeh, it would be because on a laptop LCD the positioning of the pixels can't change, so say it as 1024x768 and the xp loading is 640x480 it would have to use l and a bit pixels to represent 1, therfore making it worse, but a CRT can just adjust automaticallyb182tm said:Well, I used a guys laptop today that has Home, and I noticed that just on the startup screen where it says "Windows XP Home Edition" the pixels were terrible.
