Graphics card and 22" compatability question

Ok, I have the Dell Dimention 8400 wich is a few years old. the graphics card I have is this:
128MB PCI Express X16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) ATI Radeon X300 SE

I have no clue what that means, except the 128MB

What I want to know, is can this card support a 22 inch widescreen monitor?

Thats the thing, im not sure what my monitor supports and I dont know what my graphics card supports..all i know is what the monitor i would be getting has, wich is here: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/...etail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=320-6252

Even a very old graphics card will support that resolution. You won't have any problems.
