Graphics card and Processor Help

Hi,

So I downloaded Fallout 4 last night and found out I couldn't run it. I looked at the minimum requirements and saw that I didn't have enough RAM so i ran out to the store and bought some. I am sure that I have enough RAM, but it won't start. I was just wondering if someone could help me make sure my Graphics card and Processor are equivalent to what they are asking for.

Minimum requirements:
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent
Processor: Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent

What I have:
Grpahics: AMD Radeon HD 6450 (Approx. total memory is 4848 MB)
Processor: Intel Pentium CPU G3220 @3.00GHz (2 cpus), ~3.0GHz

What RAM did you have before, and what did you buy?

Also, the 6450 isn't sufficient enough to run the game at playable framerates. The G3220 might also be holding you back, there have been recent games like Far Cry 4 that blatantly refuse to run on a dual core. If you look at the minimum requirements, all of the suggestions are at least quad core variants.
