Graphics Card and PSU Upgrade

Hey everyone,

I bought a Gateway PC a couple of years ago from a retailer and I really wanted to upgrade my video card since my frame rates for gaming are not the best. My specs are:

- Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 (2.2GHz)
- 3 GB DDR2 RAM
- Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT
- Windows Vista Home Premium
- 300W PSU

(I'm not sure if I can link to other sites, but full specs and components of my PC can be found here)

I've been told that I need to upgrade my power supply as well if I wanted a better video card. My concern is that my computer case is uATX which means my PSU has to be uATX as well. I'm not sure if there are any good video cards out there that would be able to fit into my uATX case. My budget is ~$300 (Canadian).

Please advise, thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions. Actually, my PSU is indeed uATX as shown in the components section of my PC here:

As an alternative, could I move all my components to a full sized ATX case? That way, I could upgrade to an ATX PSU. I'm just concerned whether the holes for the screws and rear panels of my uATX motherboard would fit the ATX case.
