Graphics card for around £150

Been planning on building my new system for a few weeks and was planning on ordering this weekend but now waiting for april 22nd. Was planning on the nvidia 7900gs but now im saving money on cpu so was wondering what card will perform quite a bit better for another £50 and and is it worth it.
