graphics card question

I have a computer I would like to upgrade the graphics card to be better suited for gaming (MMOs - WOW). Kind of new to this... I have a couple of cards in mind, not wanting to spend more than $150. I just want to make sure that it will work with my current setup, specifically my power supply. Thanks for any help, specs below.

Currently I have...

Gateway DX 4860-EF31P
Intel I5 2320 3.00GHz
6 GB RAM (would like to upgrade this up to 8 GB)
HD 1.5 TB
Nvidia GT 520 1GB

I was trying to figure out what my power supply is, but I am not 100% what it is. It seems to say it is 450w max, and 500w max peak. It is a Liteon model # PS-6451-5

Cards I thought might work:
Nvidia GTX 650 1GB, min 400W
Nvidia GTX 650 ti 2GB, min 400W
Raedon 7770 1GB, min 450W

Any opinions on these cards is also appreciated. Thanks!

Crap psu qualty, put a powerful card on it and i doubt it will power it fully and stressing it might make it blow which may take other parts with it. I'd grab a corsair cx500 and an hd7770 or 7790

I agree with Jonny.. buying yourself a better PSU will help you utilize something with more power a lot better, and giving you the freedom to expand in the future if you so desire.. It may be a few more bucks than you intended on spending, but will save you headache down the road! Corsair makes some really good PSU's
