im looking for the best gaming card i can get for 100-130$
ive got a 600 watt power supply.
pci express x16.

What is the power supply exactly? a cheap one is a bad idea.

For the gpu itself, a HD6770 or 5770 is good, you might be able to get a 6790 i think. If you can, there is a 6850 for about that much that rebates down.

yeah its a thermal take
it was like 80 bucks pretty nice though

Meh, their upper end ones should be ok, but they aren't the best brand.

If you can pull it, one of these would be great, XFX are good, but the rebate is a little less likely i believe, but you get dirt3 free, but the ASUS is better quality and i think the rebate is more likely.

Then actually in your budget, this would do good

Not sure how big the performance difference is, i know the 90 has twice the memory bandwidth so it can do more at the same time, but i don't know how it translates to performance since that doesn't mean it does do twice as much.

If you are looking to spend under US$100, then an NVidia 9800 GT is your best bet. For AMD (ATI/Radeon), we don’t have enough of these cards at this price point to get you good data. This would be the minimum card for enabling all the features, only at reduced quality settings.
That is plain out bad advice. Sub $100 you are looking at a GTS 450 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814132005) or GTS 250 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814187099) both of which will far outperform the 9800 gt (the 250 is a reboxed 9800 GTX+)

AMD wise it would be hd5770 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121462) or HD 6750 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150602)

^This, don't be intimidated that its refurbished. Most people think that if you get a used or refurbished card then there's probably something wrong with it. That almost never happens. You save yourself tons of money and even if something does happen, almost all companies RMA it without a problem.

I would go with that GTS450.
