Graphics Card Showdown, Help me pick

I'm in process of building my first system and have been all over the place on which card to pick. I've pretty much narrowed it down to these 4 and need your guy's help deciding. My absolute max budget on a card is $150 after MIR but I would prefer lower. Now let me know what you think I should get. If there is another card that you think would be better please list it.

This card will be used for gaming at a max resolution of 1600x900.

I know that the 6850/GTX 460 are the best cards but I don't know if it's worth the extra cost.

I already have the Rosewill one so that's out of the question. Thanks for the advice anyway.
