Few days ago my graphics card crashed. So now i have to need a new one . anyone can give me please in what price of range i can get a good graphics card.

What exactly happened?...you mean its died?

What graphics card you can get depends entirely on your budget,and on the rest of your system specs such as Motherboard,Power supply (very important) and what form factor your case is.

that. but for the actualy question, a 7850 is great for the money and they're like $160 i think for the 1gb, but i'd spend the $180 for a 2gb if you're playing on 1080p
 
I've looked recently at GPU prices and it seems to follow a very accurate trend of performance/price with the exception of top end cards which are overpriced. So maybe don't go for the very best right now.
