Having told us absolutely zero about your system, we can realistically only give you 'no idea' for an answer.
 
Open up your cmd window (aka terminal, run window) and type in dxdiag. A window should pop up giving you your pc specs. Go to the display tab to find out your exact video card name.

It won't display the exact card you have, it will tell you the series but not the specific card. Say I have the 6870, it only show 6800 series as my video card.

It tells me nvidia geforce gtx 480, sorry I forgot it's different for amd cards, regardless 6800 series would be still better than just r9.
