Graphics driver stops once in a while then runs again.

Any overclock on the card? Usually that's a sign of hardware instability with the card.
 
Test your RAM with Memtest86+. Even if it doesn't come up with any errors, swap out the RAM for known good RAM and see if it still happens.
 
Uninstall all NVidia drivers manually. Restart. Run DisplayDriverUninstaller for NVidia in safe mode (it will give you this option). Restart.

Download latest drivers and install (clean install under custom).

Restart after the final completion prompt has been shown.

Ensure your RAM has the correct voltage settings in the BIOS and you have the latest motherboard bios.
