Graphics messed up. *pics + info*

I need some serious help. Just recently I was playing a simple flash game on the net and my graphics turned to chaos
Really low resolution, only one of my screens (had split screen setup) is working.
Here is a pic of my desktop.

What is the problem?

Its been too long since I built my PC so I don't remember the names of the parts that I put in but I know Ihave an xfx 8800 and n E8400 core2 duo processor. Also an asus Pk5-e mobo.

I can barely type this...
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like the video driver got corrupted, you would need to reinstall the driver.
