Graphics Settings - Help

When i play games, if i run past a wall it gets split up by like invisible lines and quite a few things are sorta buggy looking. I fixed it before on my old PC but i've forgotten which setting you have to change or whatever to make it stop happening, anyone know?

It's called artifacting. It occurs when the video card is overheating or too far overclocked. If it's not overclocked, take the GPU out and clean all that dust out, make it shiny, and when you plug it back in make sure the fan is spinning.

If that doesn't solve it then post back for more 'deas.

The graphics card was installed about 4 days ago, so it isn't dusty. Hasn't been overclocked (yet).. It's been at 60*C max on load so it can't be overheating either. I'm sure theres a setting or something :\
